Die Lektionen werden in Zyklen angeboten, wobei eine feste Reihe \u00fcber mehrere Wochen wiederholt wird. Dies gibt Raum, um Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt zu vertiefen.<br><br>In einem solchen Zyklus liegt der Fokus auf der sorgf\u00e4ltigen Verfeinerung von Haltungen: mal durch das Hervorheben einer Haltung oder Bewegung, mal durch die R\u00fcckkehr zum Fluss. Durch diesen Wechsel entsteht Vertiefung, nicht durch mehr Tun, sondern durch bewussteres Bewegen.<br><br>Das Tempo ist mittel bis intensiv und f\u00fcr Teilnehmer mit etwas Erfahrung geeignet. Wiederholung unterst\u00fctzt den Kraftaufbau, die Klarheit im K\u00f6rper und ein tieferes Vertrauen in die eigene Bewegung. Achtsamkeit f\u00fcr Atem, Bewegung und K\u00f6rperbewusstsein steht im Mittelpunkt, damit Sie sowohl Stabilit\u00e4t als auch Raum in Ihrem K\u00f6rper erfahren k\u00f6nnen.<br><br>Die Lektionen folgen einem nat\u00fcrlichen Fluss, in dem sich dynamische und beruhigende Momente abwechseln. \u00dcberg\u00e4nge werden bewusst aufgebaut und durch den Atem unterst\u00fctzt, wodurch Bewegung allm\u00e4hlich in Stille \u00fcbergeht. Dies l\u00e4dt dazu ein, Gleichgewicht nicht nur k\u00f6rperlich, sondern auch innerlich zu erfahren.<br><br>Das Tempo ist durchschnittlich und f\u00fcr alle Niveaus zug\u00e4nglich. Der Fokus liegt auf Stabilit\u00e4t, Beweglichkeit und der Erhaltung eines entspannten und widerstandsf\u00e4higen K\u00f6rpers.<br><br>Die Lektion kombiniert sanfte Bewegungen aus Hatha und Tai Chi mit weichen Yin- und Pilates-Elementen. Durch Wiederholung erhalten Haltungen und Bewegungen den Raum, sich allm\u00e4hlich zu vertiefen, wodurch Kraft, Koordination und K\u00f6rperbewusstsein auf sichere Weise aufgebaut werden. <br><br>Das Tempo variiert von ruhig bis mittel und ist auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse des K\u00f6rpers abgestimmt. \u00dcbungen k\u00f6nnen bei Bedarf angepasst werden und sind auch im Sitzen auf dem Stuhl m\u00f6glich.
