Something stirs
below the surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not visible.
Not loud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A heat
who stays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It lies low in the body.
In the basin.
In the breath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the time
Where fire will not rise,
but wants to be carried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blossoming Embers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not to appear.
Not yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But to wait
to breath, body
and moment coincide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fire that does not flare up,
but rest
in the depths of the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sound, breath and subtle movement
keep it warm.
Not to wake up,
But not to let it extinguish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not from thinking.
But from feeling
When something is ripe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a field
in which vitality
gathers
without having to show themselves.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

The fox knows
That fire does not disappear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It lurks
under axle
And in dark earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She wears it close to the body.
Not to hide it,
but to let it mature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her movements are careful.
Curved.
Tailored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not everything has to be visible.
Not everything has to be now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fox does not ask
Whether something is right or wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She asks:
Is it ready to breathe?<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Each evening is an invitation to come home to yourself. To listen, to feel, to let go, to remember.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together, the Source Sounds evenings form a supporting bed. You can join once, or follow several times throughout the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each ceremony is a sacred space in which you are invited to sink, open and remember. The form arises in the moment. Tailored to the season, field, sun, moon and people present.
We work intuitively with elements of shamanism, body wisdom and sound healing, attuned to the energy of the season and the group.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sound carries the journey. The soundjourney forms the bed of vibration and stillness in which unfolds what is needed to sink, follow to the deeper layers and integrate. Beforehand, we attune body and attention through breath, movement or guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each evening is a moment of coming home - a pause in time, a landing in your body and your heart.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

- Commencement: 7:15 p.m. (we start together)<\/em>
- Wear clothes in which you can land easily.
- Pillows, blankets and mats are waiting for you.
- Feel free to bring a personal or treasured item for on the altar (you will take it home with you after the event).
- If fine: pen and paper for notes.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
