Source Sounds is a field of sound, presence and memory.
Each ceremony stands on its own, while moving along in a larger rhythm of sun, moon and embodied wisdom.<\/p>

The light becomes softer.
Not abruptly.
Not as an ending.
But in conclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sun is still touching us
With her last heat.
Not to hold,
but to soften.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What grew,
has known its form.
What was worn,
may get lighter now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the time
of the exhalation.
Where to hold
is no longer necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Breath of Release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where nothing disappears,
but may return
to the earth.
Not as a loss.
But as completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We sink into the breath,
in a field of balance
and outflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A space
where tension is allowed to move
Without being directed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Breath moves
through chest and diaphragm.
Not to open anything,
but to let go
which has done its job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sound follows
the exhalation.
Soft.
Spacious.
Non-bearing,
but supportive
on letting go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tension may drop
without being appointed.
Space and clarity

By letting go.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

The deer moves
with attention.
Alert, but not uptight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He knows
when to stay
and when to let go.
Not out of doubt,
but out of alignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His strength is in
in softness
which remains present.
In openness
without loss of direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deer reminds you
that letting go
is not a goodbye,
but a form
of trust.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What you no longer have to wear.
What is allowed back

To drop
what is allowed back

Not by choosing.

Each evening is an invitation to come home to yourself. To listen, to feel, to let go, to remember.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together, the Source Sounds evenings form a supporting bed. You can join once, or follow several times throughout the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each ceremony is a sacred space in which you are invited to sink, open and remember. The form arises in the moment. Tailored to the season, field, sun, moon and people present.
We work intuitively with elements of shamanism, body wisdom and sound healing, attuned to the energy of the season and the group.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sound carries the journey. The soundjourney forms the bed of vibration and stillness in which unfolds what is needed to sink, follow to the deeper layers and integrate. Beforehand, we attune body and attention through breath, movement or guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each evening is a moment of coming home - a pause in time, a landing in your body and your heart.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

- Commencement: 7:15 p.m.\u00a0(we start together)<\/em>
- Wear clothes in which you can land easily.
- Pillows, blankets and mats are waiting for you.
- Feel free to bring a personal or treasured item for on the altar (you will take it home with you after the event).
- If fine: pen and paper for notes.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
