Source Sounds<\/strong> Source Sounds is a cycle of eight ceremonies that move with the living rhythms of the year \u2014 the turning points of the sun, the subtler movement of the moon, and the shifts they invite within our body, our awareness, and the way we are present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is not a path of learning.\nIt is a path of remembering through the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the year, we gather at eight threshold moments. Together, they form a wheel \u2014 not as a structure you must follow, but as a landscape you can move within, soften into, and explore from the inside out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Four of these ceremonies belong to the Path of Resonance (Sun Resonance) \u2014 the solar moments of equinox and solstice. They carry qualities of orientation, expression, attunement, and creation. They invite you to meet yourself in the light: to sense direction, allow visibility, and experience your place within the whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Four ceremonies belong to the Path of Remembrance (Moon Remembrance) \u2014 the lunar moments in between. These gatherings turn inward. They are spaces of listening, integration, release, and ancestral remembrance. Here, we rest in the unseen, let go of what has completed, and reconnect with deeper layers of knowing that do not move in linear ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each ceremony begins with the sharing of a story \u2014 not as something to believe in, but as an embodied entry point. A way to feel the season, the energy, and the quality of presence that is already available. From there, we move gently through breath, stillness, or subtle movement, and then into a sound journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sound becomes the field in which you can travel, rest, listen, remember, inquire\u2026 or simply be. There is nothing to achieve, nothing to understand. Each experience unfolds differently, guided by what your body and inner landscape need in that moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Source Sounds lives at the intersection of earth and mystery \u2014 spiritual, yes, but grounded. Body-oriented, intuitive, and deeply human. It is an invitation to slow down enough to feel what is already moving through you, and to allow the seasons to teach you from within.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are not asked to follow the wheel.\nYou are invited to remember yourself within it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each ceremony unfolds in layers.\nWe begin by landing in the body \u2014 through simple movement, breath, or stillness.\nFrom there, the field attunes itself. Sound does not arise from a plan, but from listening.\n\nThe sound journey itself is intuitive and unfiltered.\nInstruments, voice, breath, silence, and vibration weave together into a field in which you can travel, rest, or simply be present.\n\nEach evening unfolds differently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Source Sounds is for you if you sense that sound is more than relaxation.\nNo experience is needed \u2014 only a willingness to listen and to be present in your body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Source Sounds is not a performance. It is a living invitation:\nYou, the field, the source, the sound \u2014 nothing more is needed.\n\nYou can participate in individual ceremonies, in one of the two paths, or in the full wheel.\nYou enter where it feels right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
