Energy is not something outside of you.
It is something you experience through your body.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When people say they \u201cfeel energy\u201d,
they are often feeling sensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A shift.
A movement.
A change in tension, breath, or awareness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But what makes the difference
is not whether you feel it\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

but where you feel it from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When attention stays in the head,
energy is often explained as something outside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Something happening to<\/em> you.
Something coming from somewhere else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But when you are with your body,
something else becomes visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t just say
\u201cthe energy feels heavy\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You notice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My body contracts.
My breath changes.
Something in me responds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s not the energy that changes,
but my body that responds.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Energy is not separate from you.
It is your system in relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the environment.
With another person.
With what is happening in and around you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the more you are with your body,
the clearer that becomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not mystical.
Not abstract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But deeply alive.
