Learning with the Totems is a ceremonial journey into direct relationship with the wisdom of Nature.
Each gathering is devoted to one totem. Every Totem carries its own unique medicine, wisdom and way of being.
During these teachings we enter into direct relationship with one Totem through the Medicine Wheel, embodiment, guided journey and ceremony.
Rather than learning about the Totem, we are invited to meet it, listen to its teachings, and discover how its wisdom is reflected within ourselves.
Each gathering stands on its own and welcomes both newcomers and returning participants.
Through the Wheel we meet the Totem. Through the Totem we meet ourselves.
During this evening
Together we will be:
- Opening the ceremonial space.
- Connecting with the Medicine Wheel and the four directions.
- Meeting the totem through guided ceremony and embodiment.
- Receiving personal insights, medicine and guidance.
- Closing the circle together.
No previous experience is needed. Come with an open heart and a willingness to listen.
** the language of the teachings will be in english (but dutch and german is spoken as well for translation)
- comfortable clothing (warm socks)
- notebook, colors for writing down your insights
- bring sacred objects if you wish (crystals, stones, rocks, power objects you would like to place on the altar).

In haar werk brengt ze aandacht naar lichaam, adem en klank als ingang — om te voelen, te vertragen en aanwezig te zijn bij wat er leeft.
In haar ceremonies ontstaat een bedding waarin je kunt zakken — voelen, belichamen en aanwezig zijn — en waarin je bewustzijn zich verdiept in verbinding met jezelf, de natuur en het grotere geheel.
