De lessen worden aangeboden in cycli, waarbij een vaste reeks over meerdere weken wordt herhaald. Dit geeft ruimte om stap voor stap te verdiepen.<br><br>Binnen zo\u2019n cyclus is er aandacht voor het zorgvuldig verfijnen van houdingen: soms door een houding of beweging uit te lichten, soms door juist weer terug te keren naar de flow. Door deze afwisseling ontstaat verdieping, niet door meer te doen, maar door bewuster te bewegen.<br><br>Het tempo is gemiddeld tot intens en geschikt voor deelnemers met enige ervaring. Herhaling ondersteunt krachtopbouw, helderheid in het lichaam en een dieper vertrouwen in je eigen beweging. Aandacht voor adem, beweging en lichaamsbewustzijn staat centraal, zodat je zowel stabiliteit als ruimte kunt ervaren in je lichaam.<br><br>De les volgt een natuurlijke flow waarin dynamische en verstillende momenten elkaar afwisselen. Overgangen worden bewust opgebouwd en ondersteund door de adem, waardoor beweging geleidelijk overgaat in stilte. Dit nodigt uit om balans niet alleen fysiek, maar ook innerlijk te ervaren.<br><br>Het tempo is gemiddeld en toegankelijk voor alle niveaus. De aandacht ligt op stabiliteit, mobiliteit en het onderhouden van een ontspannen en veerkrachtig lichaam.<br><br>De les combineert rustige bewegingen uit Hatha en Tai Chi met zachte Yin- en Pilates-elementen. Door herhaling krijgen houdingen en bewegingen de ruimte om zich geleidelijk te verdiepen, waardoor kracht, co\u00f6rdinatie en lichaamsbewustzijn op een veilige manier worden opgebouwd. <br><br>Het tempo varieert van rustig tot gemiddeld en is afgestemd op wat het lichaam nodig heeft. Oefeningen kunnen waar nodig aangepast worden en zijn ook zittend op de stoel mogelijk. De aandacht ligt op voelen, waarnemen en het cre\u00ebren van een veilige ruimte om te zijn met wat zich aandient. <br><br>De les combineert somatische oefeningen met verstillende Yin- en ondersteunende Restorative houdingen. Door langzame bewegingen, rustmomenten en bewuste aandacht wordt het zenuwstelsel uitgenodigd om te ontspannen en spanning los te laten.<br><br>Het tempo is rustig en de les is geschikt voor alle niveaus.
