The class schedule is an invitation to make time for yourself.
Choose a moment to move, breathe, and connect — with your body, your heart, and your breath.

The yoga classes largely follow the school holidays.
During holidays, it may happen that no lessons are temporarily visible in the schedule.
In the summer, the studio is closed for 3 weeks, and for 3 weeks there is a modified summer schedule.
