held through touch, breath, and the field that arises between us.

THE DREAMING FIELD
In the silence beneath your breath, a subtle field opens.
A place where you do not need to understand,
where you only have to listen — with your body, your energy, your whole being.
Here you are invited to feel
what moves beneath the surface:
the whisper of your soul, the current you may have sensed for some time,
but have not yet found words for.
With drum, voice, breath, or sound,
you are held in a field of vibration and intention.
Each frequency touches a different layer —
sometimes soft and almost imperceptible,
sometimes opening, clear, deeply resonant.
As you rest, your energy begins to speak.
Images, sensations, emotions, or silence may arise.
You do not need to guide anything;
you only need to receive what wants to move.
In this space, tension can dissolve,
clarity can emerge,
and something within you can remember who you truly are.

Beginning
You arrive, breathe, and take a moment to notice where you are.
We begin with attunement and a gentle pulse — a prayer that invites clarity and intention.
During the session
We move with what your body reveals; it unfolds intuitively in attunement.
Touch, energy, breath, and silence meet in a ceremonial field.
From my presence, I listen with two points of awareness — your body and the field around it.
In that effortless space, the work unfolds naturally.
From there, we follow the impulse that arises, at the pace your system can hold.
Nothing is required. What wants to emerge, emerges.
After
We close gently, giving you time to feel what has been touched within you.
First meeting – Sacred Work
Before we open a Sacred Work session, we take a moment to attune together.
In this short conversation (approximately 15 minutes), we gently land and listen to what is alive within you — in your body, your intention, and in the field.
Together, we sense whether this work feels aligned at this time and whether your system has the capacity to hold it.
From this attunement, a gentle foundation emerges from which a session may unfold.
Sometimes, this work first asks for a more embodied, somatic entry point.
In that case, we attune together to what is most fitting and supportive in this moment.
