Source Sounds is a cycle of eight ceremonies that move along with the rhythms of the sun and moon, and with the shifts they invite into body, consciousness, and presence.

Throughout the year, we gather at eight threshold moments. Together, they form a wheel — not as a structure you must follow, but as a landscape you can move within, soften into, and explore from the inside out.

Each ceremony begins with a story — not as something to believe in, but as an embodied gateway to the season and the quality that lives within it. From there, we move through breath, stillness, or subtle movement into a sound journey.
Sound becomes the field in which you can travel, rest, listen, remember, or simply be. There is nothing to achieve or understand. Each experience unfolds differently, guided by what your body needs in that moment.

Learning with the Totems is a deep and intuitive teaching about the medicine wheel and the totems. It is a deep and ceremonial journey in which you go into a direct relationship with the wisdom of nature.
In this 2 year immersion you will get to meet 12 creator totems, who are known as teachers of humankind. Each gathering is devoted to one totem. Each totem carries its own uniqueness, its own medicine, wisdom and way of being. It is through their being that they teach us, they teach us about the relationship with ourselves, with our inner wisdom and our intuition.
It is in the embodied relationship that we see, we hear, we learn and we discover how the innate wisdom is reflected within ourselves.
It is a transforming journey which every time reveals a new layer or learning about yourself and your relationship with yourself.
It helps you connect to your inner wisdom and to your deepest knowledge. It is not about learning from the totems, it is learning with and through our relationship with them that we learn.
