Stillness in Motion & Connection in Breath
From dynamic and powerful → to calming and restorative

Body Awareness
With influences from Power Yoga, Hatha & Pilates
Body Awareness is a powerful and dynamic class that focuses on alignment, precision, and body awareness. Classes are offered in cycles, with a set sequence repeated over several weeks. This allows for step-by-step deepening.
Within such a cycle, attention is given to carefully refining postures: sometimes by highlighting a posture or movement, sometimes by returning to the flow. This alternation leads to deepening, not by doing more, but by moving more consciously.
The pace is moderate to intense and suitable for participants with some experience. Repetition supports strength building, clarity in the body, and a deeper trust in your own movement. The class concludes with relaxation, allowing body and mind to settle back into balance.
Balance Awareness
With influences from Hatha, Yin-Yang & Vinyasa
Balance Awareness is a fluid and balanced class where strength and softness meet. Focus is placed on breath, movement, and body awareness, allowing you to experience both stability and space within your body.
The class follows a natural flow where dynamic and stilling moments alternate. Transitions are consciously built and supported by the breath, allowing movement to gradually transition into stillness. This invites you to experience balance not only physically, but also inwardly.
The pace is moderate and accessible to all levels. The class concludes with rest and relaxation, allowing the body and mind to settle into a sense of balance and presence.

Vital Awareness (55+)
With influences from Hatha, Tai Chi, Yin & gentle Pilates
Vital Awareness 55+ is an accessible and mindful class for participants aged 55 and older, focusing on strengthening the body, breath, and balance. The emphasis is on stability, mobility, and maintaining a relaxed and resilient body.
The class combines calm movements from Hatha and Tai Chi with gentle Yin and Pilates elements. Through repetition, poses and movements are given space to gradually deepen, safely building strength, coordination, and body awareness.
The pace ranges from calm to moderate and is adapted to what the body needs. Exercises can be modified where necessary and are also possible while seated in a chair. This makes the class suitable for all levels, respecting individual limits and capabilities.
Vital Awareness 55+ invites you to move consciously, follow your breath, and experience inner peace to help keep your body and mind in balance.
Inner Awareness
With influences from Somatic, Yin & Restorative yoga
Inner Awareness is a gentle and trauma-sensitive class that invites slowing down, relaxation, and deepening body awareness. The focus is on feeling, perceiving, and creating a safe space to be with whatever arises.
The class combines somatic exercises with calming Yin and supportive Restorative poses. Through slow movements, moments of rest, and conscious attention, the nervous system is invited to relax and release tension.
The pace is calm and the class is suitable for all levels. There is room to adjust or support poses so that everyone can participate at their own pace.
Inner Awareness invites you to be present in your body, follow your breath, and sink into a deep state of rest and recovery.
