Energy is not something outside of you.
It is something you experience through your body.
When people say they “feel energy”,
they are often feeling sensation.
A shift.
A movement.
A change in tension, breath, or awareness.
But what makes the difference
is not whether you feel it…
but where you feel it from.
When attention stays in the head,
energy is often explained as something outside.
Something happening to you.
Something coming from somewhere else.
But when you are with your body,
something else becomes visible.
You don’t just say
“the energy feels heavy”
You notice:
My body contracts.
My breath changes.
Something in me responds.
It’s not the energy that changes,
but my body that responds.
Energy is not separate from you.
It is your system in relationship.
With the environment.
With another person.
With what is happening in and around you.
And the more you are with your body,
the clearer that becomes.
Not mystical.
Not abstract.
But deeply alive.
And very real.
