Star of Light cannot take responsibility for changes in your personal circumstances. We ask you to choose carefully when booking Events, Series, or Workshops.
Booking and Payment Obligation:
When you register for an Event, Series, or Workshop, your registration is binding and a payment obligation arises. Your spot in the circle or group is only definitively reserved once the payment has been received by Star of Light. Failure to pay the invoice (on time) does not qualify as a cancellation; the payment obligation remains in force, unless you cancel in time according to the rules below.

Cancellation & Withdrawal:
Cancellation for Single Events:
- Cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the event.
- In case of a later cancellation, unfortunately, no refund is possible.
Cancellation for Workshops/Event Series:
- Up to 1 month before the start date: 80% refund
- Up to 2 weeks before the start date: 50% refund
- Within 2 weeks before the start date: no refund possible
For every refund, we charge an administration fee of € 25.-
If Star of Light cancels a Single Event / Workshop / entire Series
If Star of Light is forced to cancel a Single Event/Workshop/ entire Series:
then you will receive the paid amount back.
If Star of Light cancels an Event within a series
If Star of Light is forced to cancel an Event within a series:
then a suitable alternative will be offered, such as participation at a later time, a future edition, or another event.
Privacy & Data Processing
When you register for an Event, Series, or Workshop from Star of Light, we ask for your name and email address. We use this data purely and solely to:
- Administratively process your registration and send you the practical information (such as location or preparation).
- Email you the invoice or payment confirmation.
Your data will be treated confidentially, safely stored within our website environment, and never shared with external parties or used for unsolicited marketing. You always have the right to ask what data we have of you or to have it removed.
In exceptional situations (such as serious illness or force majeure), we can look for a suitable solution in consultation.
